Psalm

Psalms 27 King James Version
This Psalms talks about walking in the light of the Lord and fearing him in a respectful way. Being  in a strong relationship with God causes one to have the type of protection nobody or nothing else but God can provide. The type of protection that hides one but also let’s one be known to the world to show off the protection God has given one. The Lord  can keep one confident in difficult situations and around enemies. God will never turn his back on one no matter how much one sins. Some symbolism is from verse 1 “The lord is my light and my salvation” meaning my guidance. A theme gotten from this Psalms is when all else fails one will always be able to count on God do to his unconditional love from everyone.

Pg. 106 paragraph 5 Quote 1 “He wandered around watching the soldiers looting, and joined in the drinking and destruction.” Answer to question 1 This quote relates to survivors guilt. Kien starts to drink and be destructive due to oanh death knowing he could’ve did something to prevent it from happening. Answer to question 3 The conflict is between kien and himself. Kien starts to beat himself up over knowing all he had to do was do his job and kill those women but he didn’t and ended up getting a friend killed instead. Quote 2 Pg. 111 paragraph 8 “She was tired, yet she did not try to free her hand from his” Answer to question 3 This quote indicates a good conflict between the mute girl and kien. The mute girl likes kien and is willing to use all her energy for kien. Kien sees the mutegirl as someone to talk to and express himself to. •Summary•  This article is about the pct trail finally being legally protected thanks to the land and water conservation fund (the LWCF). The pacific crest trail is apart of forest two parcels that didn't legally protect it. The LWCF was able to step in and change that. If land is purchased through the LWCF then that land will be available for public outdoor recreation use forever. This fund has done a lot for all Americans by expanding local parks, recreational green spaces, and open spaces. Not only does it give outdoor recreational use but it gives access to fishing and hunting and supports economic vitality and jobs in communities.
